This document presents the licensing rules for LOG Plus software in two delivery options.
Standard License – for medium and large companies.
Enterprise License–for large and very large companies that need an unlimited license under the purchased modules.
Licensing other parameters
Optional – This option means that you can select a module or specify a value for a given license parameter. The module or parameter extension can be purchased at any time of license ownership.
*IT System understood as a business application in a company to which employees get access.
Number of computers / servers – the number of computers and servers on which the LOG system agent is installed
Helpdesk administrator – a user who has the right to administer the system in terms of adding users, configuring system parameters, creating password policy, configuring e-mail servers and rules.
Helpdesk agent (operator) – a user with access to the Helpdesk system, with access to authorized functions.
Number of employees – the number of all employees of the company.
Number of employees with access to AI – the number of employees who have access to at least one IT System.
Number of administration consoles – number of users with access to the system
Maintenance (support) – service means support for the software through an on-line channel, access to a full update of the database of templates, dictionaries, reports, scripts, configuration files and others. It also provides access to the latest released versions during the service life of the purchased module configuration.
